Since people nowadays are always busy with their work, they pay little attention to their living habits and diet. The stomach also causes discomfort in the body, the most common of which is erosive gastritis, which has a great impact on people's body and life. Generally, Chinese medicine is used to regulate the body, so many people want to know what Chinese medicine prescriptions are there for erosive gastritis?

The overall effective rate is 97.4%.

1. Eliminate the cause of the disease. Thoroughly treat acute gastritis; quit smoking and drinking; avoid irritating foods and drugs; treat chronic oral infections, eat regularly, etc.

2. Eat more soft food. Eat easily digestible food, minimize irritation to the gastric mucosa, chew slowly and allow the teeth to grind the food completely so that the food can be fully mixed with gastric juice. Avoid eating raw, cold, spicy, sour and hard foods. Eat small meals frequently and cook whole grains in fine pieces. Patients with stomach problems can eat 5 meals. The following are some examples:

Breakfast: Usually you can eat some steamed buns, a boiled egg, some rice porridge and fermented tofu.

Snack 1: 300 grams of milk, 10 grams of sugar and 15 grams of biscuits.

300g milk plus 10g sugar

Lunch: 100 grams of rice, 100 grams of steamed fish fillet, spinach and egg soup.

Snack 2: 300 grams of soy milk, 10 grams of sugar, and 25 grams of cake.

Dinner: People with chronic erosive gastritis can eat some steamed cakes, rice porridge, and mashed potatoes with minced meat.

3. If the baby is malnourished or anemic, he should be given more eggs, fresh vegetables, animal liver, kidney, etc.

4. People with excessive stomach acid should avoid concentrated broth and acidic foods to avoid causing more stomach acid secretion. You can use milk, vegetable puree, starch, bread, etc. The taste should be light and less salt.

5. People with too little stomach acid can be given thick broth or gravy to stimulate the secretion of gastric acid, help digestion and promote appetite.

Chronic gastritis

prevention

1. Keep a cheerful spirit

Mental depression or excessive tension and fatigue can easily cause pyloric sphincter dysfunction, bile reflux and chronic gastritis.

2. Quit smoking and drinking

The harmful components in tobacco can increase gastric acid secretion and produce harmful irritation to the gastric mucosa. Excessive smoking can cause bile reflux. Excessive drinking or long-term consumption of strong liquor can cause congestion, edema, and even erosion of the gastric mucosa, and significantly increase the incidence of chronic gastritis. You should quit smoking and drinking.

3. Use with caution and avoid using drugs that damage the gastric mucosa

Long-term abuse of such drugs can damage the gastric mucosa, causing chronic gastritis and ulcers.

4. Actively treat oropharyngeal infection

Do not swallow sputum, nasal mucus and other bacteria-carrying secretions into the stomach, which may cause chronic gastritis.

5. Pay attention to your diet

Avoid irritating foods such as overly sour or spicy foods, as well as raw, cold, and indigestible foods. Chew slowly when eating so that the food can be fully mixed with saliva, which facilitates digestion and reduces stomach irritation. The diet should be regular, quantitative, and nutritious, and eat more foods rich in vitamins A, B, and C. Avoid taking stimulating drinks such as strong tea and strong coffee.

The above article has given a detailed introduction to the Chinese medicine prescriptions for erosive gastritis. In addition, the taboos that patients with gastritis need to pay attention to in their lives are also explained in detail. I hope that patients can remember these. If you have chronic erosive gastritis, you should pay attention to a light diet and supplement more nutrients.
