7. Place one hand on top of the other and massage your abdomen in clockwise circular motions 25 to 30 times.

8. Hold your head with both hands, do not hold your breath, tighten your abdomen, and try to keep it "sticking to your back". Do this 15 to 20 times.

After doing morning exercises, have a hydrotherapy session. Wipe your body with a wet towel or sponge in a ventilated room. In the first three or four days, wipe your body first for no more than 5 minutes, and gradually add hands and feet. The water temperature is determined by your own feeling, gradually changing from warm water to cold water. Hydrotherapy can keep the skin soft, beautiful and elastic. If conditions permit, you can take a cold bath, which can be divided into rinsing and showering.

Shower: You can use the rain shower style, or you can unscrew the shower head and stand directly under the strong water flow. In half a month, the water temperature was lowered from 34 to 36 degrees Celsius to 22 to 26 degrees Celsius.

After taking a cold shower, you will immediately feel energized and in a good mood. Some people may experience fatter face and swollen eyes after taking a cold shower. This is okay. You can stay in the bathroom for a few more minutes, then get a basin of cold boiled water, close your eyes, and immerse your face in the water. The longer the time, the better. Look in the mirror again and you will be satisfied.

It should be noted that you cannot drink water immediately after doing exercises. It is recommended to drink water after a interval of thirty minutes, which would be better.
