Dipyridamole is also used to prevent and treat angina pectoris, myocardial infarction and disseminated intravascular coagulation; each tablet is 25 mg, 1 to 4 tablets are taken each time, 3 times a day. However, because it has antiplatelet aggregation effects, it should be used with caution or not used in patients with bleeding tendencies.
