Vitamins: Vitamin A and D are 2260 and 400 international units respectively, vitamin B1, B2, B6, and C are 1.5-1.8, 1.2-2.1, and 2.70-75 mg respectively.

Inorganic salts: The main inorganic salts supplied by the human body are: calcium: 600 mg; sodium, potassium, and chlorine are 6.2-3, 0.5 grams respectively; iodine 100-140 micrograms; iron, zinc, phosphorus, and magnesium are 10-12, 12-16, 720-900, and 300-350 mg respectively.

Vitamins and inorganic salts are mainly provided by seafood, fresh vegetables, especially dark green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits, with 400 to 500 grams per person per day.
