Sleep disorders include difficulty initiating and maintaining sleep (insomnia), excessive daytime sleepiness (somnolence), disruption of the 24-hour sleep-wake cycle (sleep-wake rhythm disorder), and abnormal activities and behaviors during sleep (sleepwalking, night terrors, nightmares).

Common causes of sleep disorders include social and psychological stress such as acute stress, irregular life, poor interpersonal relationships, heavy academic burden, job hunting, environmental changes, etc., and the effects of certain drugs such as the use of caffeine, theophylline, thyroxine, cocaine, corticosteroids and anti-tremor drugs. And the accompanying symptoms of certain mental and psychological illnesses: such as mood disorders, depression, anxiety, etc. can all cause sleep disorders.

A common view is that sleep is to eliminate a day's fatigue and make up for a day's work. Therefore, the quality of sleep is actually very important. It is very important for individuals to go to bed on time, go to bed early and get up early, and not stay up late. From today on, please say goodbye to bad sleeping habits.
