How to treat athlete's foot in summer?

Athlete's foot is a common foot disease in life. Athlete's foot affects everyone of all ages. In the summer, when the weather is hot, if you wear sneakers or canvas shoes, your feet will be covered and the athlete's foot will become more uncomfortable. It will feel very itchy and painful. I believe that many people have had athlete's foot and there is no improvement after treatment. It is really annoying. So, how should athlete's foot be treated in summer?

Athlete's foot is a skin disease caused by fungal infection. In hot summer weather, feet trapped in shoes are most likely to sweat, and a large amount of dandruff and sweat gather between the toes, which is an ideal place for this type of fungus to live and aggravate athlete's foot.

Don't wear shoes that are too stuffy and wear cotton socks. Try to wear breathable shoes such as slippers. Also, keeping your feet dry is key.

There are two main forms of athlete's foot: 1. Severe itching but no blistering. Finally it was scratched and fluid started to ooze out of the surface. First sprinkle talcum powder on the wound to promote scab formation. The mint in the powder is also a good remedy for fungi. You can wrap it a little more with a napkin and sandwich it between your toes. Generally, a scab will form in about 24 hours. Then, use Dakning and Wuji ointment (actually, only one of them will do), apply alternately, 2-3 times a day, and it will be cured in about 3 days. However, the patient's shoes and socks should be washed and exposed to the sun.

⑵ Severe itching and blistering. No liquid when not broken. Also use talcum powder first. Then, use a clean needle to puncture the bubble, wrap it with absorbent paper and squeeze it from the periphery to the center, squeeze out all the water (this water contains bacteria, please wash your hands if it comes into contact with them), and then squeeze until a few drops of blood come out. Then treat it with talcum powder. After about 2 days, it will become dead skin and can be peeled off. Then treat with Daktarin for 1 day. There may be bubbles in other places, but it’s okay, just deal with it in the same way. The treatment of shoes and socks is the same as above.

⑶ What you should understand about the treatment mechanism: Talcum powder is used to keep the skin dry and has a bactericidal effect. Daktarin is a good medicine for treating fungi. Wuji ointment is used to relieve itching and treat fungal and mildew diseases. Paper is absorbent, helping you avoid contaminating your hands. The water in the bubble contains a large number of pathogenic bacteria, and squeezing it out until it reaches the blood is the purpose of squeezing out as much as possible. Treating shoes and socks is to eliminate hidden dangers.

⑷ Tinea pedis is an effective medicine. You can use it to soak the wound after it has scabbed over. It can also be used to prevent athlete's foot when you don't have it. But there is no basis or meaning for calling it "green". It has the same effect as Dakning and Wuji ointment. Of course, if you can keep the area around your feet dry and breathable for a period of time, you can use this medicine or not.

Pay attention to the cleanliness of your face. Soaking your feet every night is a good habit. Keep your feet dry, wash your socks frequently, brush your shoes, and dry them in the sun. Also, maintain a good attitude. A bad mood will aggravate the condition. Eat a light diet, avoid spicy condiments such as ginger, garlic, chili peppers, etc., and eat less salt. Don't scratch the itchy area with your hands. There are a lot of bacteria under the fingernails, which can easily cause infection.
