A study conducted in the United States compared 6,327 breast cancer patients with 7,558 healthy people without cancer. The results showed that women who drank 14 bottles or more of wine a week, regardless of the type of wine (red wine, white wine, spirits or beer), were 24% more likely to develop breast cancer than women who did not drink. The study concluded that both red wine and white wine have adverse effects on the occurrence of breast cancer, and the risk of breast cancer caused by both is equal. It seems that it is not safe for women to drink red wine, and even unscientific drinking of red wine may increase the risk of breast cancer. So, in daily life, what other factors seem harmless but are "hidden" and secretly "attack" women's breasts? Changes in hormone levels With the change of women's aesthetic concepts and the proliferation of breast enhancement products, many young women cannot resist the temptation. Most of these breast enhancement products contain hormones, which will affect normal hormone levels after entering the human body. In addition, unhealthy lifestyles, eating habits, environmental pollution, etc. will disrupt normal hormone levels in the body and increase the risk of breast cancer. Increased mental stress The accelerated pace of life has made women face pressure from all sides, which has caused their physical fitness to decline and made them more susceptible to infection by external viruses or bacteria. It can also cause endocrine disorders. The breasts promote their growth and development through the secretion of estrogen, so once the endocrine system is unbalanced or disordered, it can become a cause of breast cancer. Late marriage, late childbearing, late breastfeeding In order to achieve better career development, some young women often wait until after the age of 30 to get pregnant and have children, or even remain DINKs. Although late marriage and late childbearing are not risk factors for breast cancer, they can have adverse effects on the breasts to a certain extent and increase the risk of breast cancer. Using products containing excessive hormones The extensive use of cosmetics that contain estrogen to achieve a skin-rejuvenating effect; and the reluctance of young women to have children or to breastfeed after giving birth in order to maintain their figure also increase the risk of breast cancer. At the same time, if many breast enhancement products contain unhealthy or excessive hormones, this will definitely be harmful to the breasts. Improper contraceptive method Although the ingredients of birth control pills have been adjusted many times and the side effects are already very weak, incorrect usage can still amplify the side effects of birth control pills. At the same time, incorrect contraceptive methods can lead to contraceptive failure, unexpected pregnancy, multiple miscarriages, and improper post-abortion care, which can have a profound impact on the body and lay the hidden dangers of breast cancer. |
