Can I eat before running?

It is very good to insist on proper exercise every day, which can not only improve the body's immunity and resistance, but also promote metabolism, and sweating can also detoxify. In short, it has many health care benefits. So can you eat before running? You must choose the right time when running, and you can neither run on an empty stomach nor run after a meal.

Don't run on an empty stomach, as it is bad for your health. But you should eat less (a little is fine, and the type of food can be adjusted scientifically according to personal preference), otherwise it will bring a burden to digestion. Don't choose foggy time, try to choose warm time of the day to exercise, which is beneficial to your physical and mental health.

No matter what kind of exercise you do, especially for middle-aged and elderly people, from the perspective of physical exercise, it is suitable to do whole-body activities. For example, swimming, running, walking, all of these are fine, and doing gymnastics is also fine. But it has to reach a certain amount. There is a saying of "three, seven". The so-called "three" means that each exercise should last more than 30 minutes.

If the exercise time is less than 20 minutes and the intensity is not very high, it will probably consume some blood sugar in the blood circulation at most, but it will not help to lose weight or consume excess fat accumulated in the body. It should be noted that it is definitely not a good idea to exercise immediately after eating a full meal. This is because after a meal, your blood is concentrated in the stomach to digest food.

When people exercise (run), most of the blood is concentrated in the limbs, and there is very little blood in the digestive tract, especially in the small intestine (the main place for nutrient absorption in the human body). If you do not wait for a large amount of blood to return to this absorption area after exercise, then the nutrients in the food cannot be absorbed through blood transportation after initial digestion. It usually takes 30 to 50 minutes for the blood to return to its original position after exercise. You can also control the time of eating after exercise according to your physical characteristics. If you don't control it well, you will have a low appetite.

I believe everyone is clear about whether you can eat before running. For some girls who are losing weight, they must not run on an empty stomach in order to lose weight, because running itself consumes a lot of calories and energy. If blood sugar is lowered due to fasting, it is easy to feel dizzy or faint. Don't be careless.
