How to exercise sternum depression

The fourth largest group is parallel bars, which should be available in this school. There are 4 groups, each group depends on your ability. I usually do 8 groups with 10 in each group.

The fifth set is to hold the dumbbells and do the chest clamp. Lie flat on a bench, spread your hands at shoulder level, place your chest to feel the stretch, then put your hands together upwards. You must feel the tightening feeling in your chest during this movement. Do 4 sets, 20 reps each.

The main point is

1. Focus your attention on whether your chest is exerting force.

2. When doing it, try to go down slowly and up quickly to ensure that the chest muscles are fully stressed.

3. If you can't do this range of motion, you must not make up for it. Do as much as you can to ensure that each movement is absolutely standard.

4. Chest muscles belong to the large muscle group training, it is best to wait 48 hours before training

Atrial and ventricular septal defects are called heart leaks. Your condition has nothing to do with heart leakage, it should be pectus excavatum. Sternal depression is also known as funnel chest, which is characterized by a downward and dorsal tilt from the lower edge of the sternum to the xiphoid process.
