1. Relax. Since the main cause of tongue blisters is usually excessive mental stress and physical inflammation, the first thing to do is to relieve stress and relax. You can relieve stress by listening to music, practicing yoga, etc.

2. Get enough sleep. Frequent overtime work and a rich nightlife can cause the body to become inflamed and cause blisters on the tongue. Therefore, ensuring adequate sleep and a regular life can change the blisters on the tongue caused by body heat. It is recommended to go to bed before 10:30 at the latest every day and ensure 8 hours of sleep.
