What to do if your tongue gets blistered and you get inflamed

From time to time, we will find small white bubbles on our tongue, which will be extremely painful when touched. These small bubbles are one of the symptoms of getting a fever. At the same time, if we are under too much mental stress, it will also cause blisters on the tongue. Getting a sore throat means that we have eaten too much spicy and greasy food and not gotten enough sleep in recent times. Now let me tell you how to reduce heat and prevent blisters on the tongue.

1. Relax. Since the main cause of tongue blisters is usually excessive mental stress and physical inflammation, the first thing to do is to relieve stress and relax. You can relieve stress by listening to music, practicing yoga, etc.

2. Get enough sleep. Frequent overtime work and a rich nightlife can cause the body to become inflamed and cause blisters on the tongue. Therefore, ensuring adequate sleep and a regular life can change the blisters on the tongue caused by body heat. It is recommended to go to bed before 10:30 at the latest every day and ensure 8 hours of sleep.

3. Eat a light diet. No smoking, no drinking, and no eating spicy food, such as spicy hot pot, malatang, etc. Eat more green leafy vegetables (such as rapeseed, spinach, Chinese cabbage) and fruits (kiwi, watermelon, etc.) to supplement adequate vitamin C.

4. Herbal tea can relieve internal heat. Drink more water, especially a few pots of chrysanthemum tea or honey water every day to reduce internal heat and eliminate the symptoms of tongue blisters.

5. Supplement vitamin B. You can make up for the lack of vitamin B in the body by taking vitamin B tablets, or you can eat a boiled egg yolk every morning and evening for dietary supplements.

6. Apply the medicine to the wound skillfully. Applying watermelon frost, pearl powder and New Zealand propolis on the wound every morning, noon and evening will have unexpected therapeutic effects.

As long as you follow the above method, the small blisters on the tongue will disappear within a few days. However, if the symptoms do not improve, you should go to the hospital for further examination and timely treatment. In addition, to prevent getting angry, we must ensure that our daily routine is regular and at the same time have a positive and optimistic attitude towards life.
