What is the main cause of angina pectoris

Modern people often suffer from diseases due to irregular lifestyles and excessive mental stress. Angina is one of the common diseases in modern times, especially among men over 40 years old, who are at high risk of angina. When angina occurs, the patient experiences unbearable chest pain. In order to completely cure angina, it is very important to understand the causes of the disease. Now let me explain to you several causes of angina.

1. Stable angina pectoris. In stable angina, the most direct cause of chest pain or discomfort is physical activity. A severely blocked coronary artery may be able to provide adequate blood flow to the heart muscle when the heart's oxygen demand is low (such as when sitting or lying still). Once you start physical activity (such as climbing a mountain or stairs), the heart load will increase, requiring more oxygen supply. Other causes of this type of angina attack are: 1. Emotional stress; 2. Being in an extremely hot or cold environment; 3. Greasy food; 4. Smoking.

2. Unstable angina pectoris. Unstable angina occurs when a blood clot partially or completely blocks a coronary artery. If plaque in an artery ruptures, a medical blood clot may form. These clots can cause severe circulatory blockage. Sometimes larger blood clots may even completely block a coronary artery, causing a heart attack (heart attack). A blood clot may reform, partially dissolve, and then reform again…and the cycle continues. Each time a blood clot blocks a coronary artery, it causes an attack of chest pain.

3. Variant angina pectoris. Variant angina is caused by spasm of the coronary arteries. This spasm may cause constriction of the coronary arteries. This will cause the lumen of the arteries to narrow, causing the blood supply to the heart to slow down or even stop. Variant angina has nothing to do with whether the patient has coronary heart disease. Other possible causes of coronary artery spasm that supply blood to the heart include: 1. Cold; 2. Emotional stress; 3. Taking drugs that constrict blood vessels; 4. Smoking

5. Taking cocaine.

I believe that after reading the above, everyone will have a better understanding of the causes of angina, and we can also know what method to use to treat angina based on the causes. In addition, in daily life, we should also reduce our workload, maintain a happy mood, and prevent emotional excitement to prevent angina pectoris.
