Why have I been feeling nauseous lately?

Nausea is a common phenomenon in daily life. Most nausea phenomena are caused by improper diet or excessive drinking. 1. Stomach cold and nausea

Nausea, or vomiting, chest tightness, flank pain, bitter taste in the mouth, dry throat, loss of appetite, or irregular menstruation in women, thin yellow tongue coating, and thready pulse.

5. Stomach heat and nausea

Nausea or sometimes accompanied by noisy feeling, acid vomiting, bad breath, red urine, constipation, yellow tongue coating, and stringy or slippery pulse.

The above are the basic causes of nausea. When the patient feels nauseous and wants to vomit, he can cut the ginger into thin slices and hold it in his mouth, or mash the ginger into juice and swallow it into the stomach, both of which can relieve nausea. The patient's diet should also be taken into consideration. It is better not to eat spicy and greasy food for a long time.
