Face massage techniques

Facial massage cannot be performed casually. Many people are rather casual when massaging their face. This practice is of no help to the facial skin, and the wrong method will also cause various skin problems. So what are the facial massage techniques? There are different methods, and different methods have some different helps for the face. The following is a detailed introduction.

Face massage techniques:

Soothing aerobic massage for thin face

Acupressure points: From forehead to temples, press 3 to 4 times with both hands.

Alternating massage: Use the middle and ring fingers of both hands to lightly press the sides of the nose alternately, repeat one or two times; then massage the cheeks in a spiral motion: from the chin to under the ear, from the middle of the ear to the top of the ear, repeat twice.

Gently pull the jaw: Use the thumbs and index fingers of both hands to gently pull the jaw line alternately, from left to right and back 3 times.

Stroke the neck: Use both palms to stroke the neck from bottom to top.

Lymphatic massage before bed

When doing skin care before going to bed, no matter which night cream you use, you must learn to do lymphatic massage.

The key is to press two acupoints: one above the ear bone, which is the concave place when you open your mouth; the other below the ear bone (approximately below the earlobe), which will feel a sour sensation when pressed.

Horizontal and vertical pull massage for face slimming

Vertical pulling method: first apply the massage cream evenly on the face, then pull the fat on the cheekbones from top to bottom, and at the same time expand outwards until it reaches the nose wings. Each vertical stretch lasts for 5 seconds to achieve obvious results. The entire vertical stretch massage lasts for 1 minute.

Horizontal pulling method: Wash and dry your hands first, gently place them on your cheeks, move to the wrinkles of the nasolabial groove and the fine lines on the wings of the nose, and gently pull the skin horizontally for one minute.

In fact, it is not difficult to slim down your face. Just choose a method that suits you and stick to it and it will work! Of course, the effect will be even better if you use a facial mask. It can not only slim down your face but also improve your skin.

After understanding the facial massage techniques, you can massage your face according to the above methods in your daily life. However, if you want to have better skin, you should also pay attention to your diet and eat less spicy foods. These foods are not very helpful for the skin, and eating too much can easily cause skin problems. This is also something you should pay attention to.
