In winter, many people are particularly prone to frostbite on their hands, feet and ears. The areas affected by frostbite will feel itchy and painful, making people feel very uncomfortable. Frostbite occurs because it is too cold, so you must keep warm when you have frostbite. Many people want to know what are the quick and easy ways to treat frostbite. Because frostbite indirectly has a great impact on people's lives, many people want to solve the problem of frostbite.

1. Place the hawthorn on the stove and cook it until it becomes soft. After it cools down a little, rub it into a paste and apply it to the affected area. At the same time, place the affected area above the stove to bake, gently rub it while applying it until the hawthorn paste becomes dry, then wash it off. Do this 3-5 times a day.

2. Soak dried red peppers in boiling water, then in a slightly cooler water to soak the frostbitten area. After the water has cooled, take out the red peppers and apply them to the frostbitten area, wrap it with a cloth, and remove it the next morning. Use it twice to heal the area.

3. Melt the sheep oil over fire and apply it to the frostbite. It will be slightly painful, which means the medicine is effective. Apply it continuously for a week and the area will be healed. In June of the following year, I rubbed the areas that had frostbite with ginger, and frostbite never occurred again.

4. Take a basin of 15℃ water and a basin of 45℃ water. First soak the frostbitten area in the low-temperature water for 5 minutes, and then soak it in the high-temperature water. Repeat this 3 times a day.

5. Take 10 grams of Bletilla striata and 100 grams of Vaseline. Grind the Bletilla striata into fine powder first, then add Vaseline to the Bletilla striata powder to make an ointment. Apply it to the affected area 3 times a day. Use it for 10 days to cure the disease.

6. Slice the radish, soften it with an electric stove or charcoal fire, and stick it on the chilblain area. Continue baking at a comfortable distance and heat. After a few minutes, the chilblain area will feel itchy until the swelling disappears.
