Many people want to have healthy hair, especially women. However, many people also have some hair problems, such as excessive dandruff. Dandruff is a common problem of hair, but it will also reduce our appearance, so we cannot take it lightly. Let’s take a look at the methods of removing dandruff. 1. Wash your hair regularly, but not too often. Dandruff is due to dead skin cells on your scalp. It's not caused by the hair itself. Use an anti-dandruff shampoo daily until the flakes subside, then continue washing your hair with an anti-dandruff shampoo 2-3 times per week. Over-washing, especially with harsher chemicals like sodium lauryl sulfate, can irritate the scalp and dry it out, causing more dandruff. 2. Let your anti-dandruff shampoo stay on your scalp for some time. If you choose to wash your hair with an anti-dandruff shampoo, leave it on for at least 5 minutes before you wash it off. 3. To help prevent dandruff, comb your hair, which will help distribute the oil that is naturally occurring in your scalp and hair across the entire surface of your head. 4. Avoid situations of mental tension and stress. Stress can cause dandruff, so try to exercise your stress, or other healthy, effective ways to deal with your stress. Method 1 Yogurt 1. Yogurt is not recommended as a hair conditioner, but use it to get rid of dandruff. Simply wash and rinse your hair, then rub plain yogurt into your scalp and leave it on for 10-15 minutes. 2. Rinse well and wash again, using as little shampoo as possible. Add 2 tablespoons of vinegar as a final rinse. Method 2: Aspirin 1. Separate two pieces of thin cloth or napkins. Crush the aspirin with a hammer or a light cast iron pounder. 2. Instead of ingesting aspirin, crush aspirin powder and add it to your normal shampoo. 3. When washing your hair, leave the shampoo in your hair for two minutes before rinsing. Method Three Cedar 1. Mix essential oils of cedar, cypress, and juniper (10 drops each) in 50 ml of carrier oil (7 drops). 2. Rub into scalp for one hour. Apply a mild shampoo to hair and then rinse with warm water. 3. Use the same amount of oil in 600ml of warm water. After stirring evenly, use as a final rinse. Method 4: Apple Cider Vinegar 1. Take one part apple cider vinegar and mix it with one part water. Wash your hair normally, then carefully pour the vinegar and water mixture over your hair and scrub into your scalp. Be careful not to get in eyes. If you have psoriasis or any non-healing scratch or scab, it will burn. (If there is a burn, just rinse the affected area with clean water.) 2. Leave on for 10-15 minutes, then rinse with clean water. The vinegar smell will disappear once your hair is dry. 3. Repeat every day for about a week. Because it turns out that dandruff is caused by fungus. Method 5: Baking Soda 1. Replace your shampoo with a pinch of baking soda. Baking soda is used in a variety of ways and is well-known as a natural dandruff remover. 2. Instead of shampooing your hair, rub a tablespoon of baking soda into wet hair and scalp. After one minute, rinse thoroughly. 3. After two weeks of baking soda shampoo, your scalp should start producing natural oils, keeping the skin moisturized and the dandruff off your head. Method 6: Baby Oil 1. Apply baby oil on your scalp. A little bit goes a long way. Massage your scalp, but don't be too rough. 2. Cover your hair with a towel and leave the baby oil in overnight. 3. Wash it with a good anti-dandruff shampoo in the morning. The oil should condition your scalp while you sleep. Method 7: Coconut Oil 1. Wash your hair but don't use any conditioner. Dry your hair after showering. Make sure your hair doesn't feel silky and that it feels dry. 2. Apply coconut oil on your scalp and try to avoid letting your hair rest. 3. Wash with coconut oil. Make sure you get all of this. You may need to wash your hair twice to get it out, but once will be fine. Repeat this once a week until the dandruff is gone. Method 8: Tea Tree Oil 1. Get a tea tree oil shampoo and use it regularly. Tea tree oil has a fantastic scent and is a natural antiseptic. Shampoos with at least 5% tea tree oil have been shown to be effective in treating dandruff. 2. Rub tea tree oil shampoo into your scalp and let sit for 5 minutes. Rinse with clean water and repeat once a day. The above introduces some methods of removing dandruff. We can see that there are many methods of removing dandruff, and they are also very simple, but they require us to persist for a long time to be effective. I hope everyone pays attention. |
