What to do if you have a fear of kissing

Many people like kissing and think kissing is a wonderful thing, but there are some people who have a phobia of kissing. I used to have a phobia of kissing, but now I think it is actually the result of psychological effects. I am no longer afraid now, and I want to share my own way of overcoming it, hoping it will be helpful to you.

First of all, we need to understand that what is happening to us is not a disease, but a kind of delusion, which is a mental distortion caused by emotional attachment and confusion, coupled with mental contradictions and psychological rejection, which leads to the fixation of symptoms and forms a habit similar to conditioned reflex. Don't blame yourself, because we don't want this to happen.

Our perseverance must be used here: don't pray for good results, don't worry about bad results, as long as you take action, you will be successful.

When we encounter a tense situation, we need to understand that this problem has been bothering us for a long time, and it is automatic and spontaneous, like a conditioned reflex, and is not controlled by our will. So what should we do?

Turn around, admit it, tell yourself that it won't get better in a short time, so why not just put it aside and feel it to your heart's content? When the symptoms appear, be excited and tell yourself: Great, hurry up and get nervous, why aren't you nervous yet? If you get nervous, tell yourself, great, you finally get nervous, keep getting nervous, every time you get nervous is equivalent to detoxification, you want to be nervous, and this is the effect you want!

Secondly: When you experience uncomfortable and annoying symptoms, tell yourself to reduce your rejection of them to zero. If you want to be afraid, then be afraid. If you don’t want to be afraid, then don’t be afraid. It doesn’t matter what you do. Anyway, as long as you gradually stop rejecting them, you will definitely get better.

This little trick can be a temporary solution, not a permanent solution, and can be used as a mantra.

Character is the root, symptoms are the appearance, and they will eventually cultivate your temperament. Be true to yourself, and you will be invincible! Secondly, according to previous treatment experience, it takes about half a year to a year for such a problem to fade away, and then disappear, and transform into other energy, which is beneficial to the body and mind, and usher in a positive life.

Any phobia is not fearful, it is just the psychological effect that drives us towards fear. There are many ways to overcome this fear.
