(2) Take 1 g of Angelica sinensis as a control medicinal material, add 10 ml of chloroform, and treat with ultrasound for 15 minutes. Filter and evaporate the filtrate on a water bath to dryness. Add 1 ml of chloroform to the residue to dissolve it and use it as the control medicinal material solution. According to the thin layer chromatography test, take 3 μl of the above-mentioned reference solution and the test solution under identification (1), respectively, and spot them on the same silica gel G thin layer plate, use n-hexane-ethyl acetate (9:1) as the developing solvent, develop, take out, dry, and examine under ultraviolet light (365nm). In the chromatogram of the test sample, fluorescent spots of the same color appear at the corresponding positions in the chromatogram of the control medicinal material.

(3) Take the aqueous layer from identification (1) and extract twice with 40 ml of water-saturated n-butanol each time. Combine the n-butanol solutions and wash with 50 ml of ammonia test solution. Take the n-butanol solution and evaporate it to dryness on a water bath. Add 1 ml of methanol to the residue to dissolve it and use it as the test solution. Take another reference substance of paeoniflorin and add methanol to prepare a solution containing 1 mg per 1 ml as the reference substance solution. According to the thin layer chromatography test, 3 μl of each of the above two solutions were taken and spotted on the same silica gel G thin layer plate, and benzene-methanol-ethyl acetate-ammonia water (10:4:2:0.5) was used as the developing solvent. After development, the plate was taken out, dried, sprayed with anisaldehyde-glacial acetic acid-sulfuric acid (0.1:10:0.2) solution, and dried at 105°C for about 5 minutes. In the test sample chromatogram, a spot of the same color appears at the corresponding position in the reference sample chromatogram.
