Focal lymphoproliferation

Focal lymphoproliferation

Focal lymphoproliferation is a disease that many people do not understand well. But in fact it is a relatively common lymphatic problem and is not called reactive lymphocytic follicular gastritis. Many people know that there are two types of lymph nodes: benign and variable. Some people may worry that their lymph nodes may mutate and become cancer. So for the problem of focal lymphoproliferation, what are the reasons in life that cause it? What methods should be used to treat such diseases? Let us learn about it through the following article.

1. What is focal lymphoproliferation?

Also known as reactive lymphofollicular gastritis and focal lymphoid hyperplasia, it is a benign disease characterized by localized or diffuse lymphocyte proliferation in the gastric mucosa.

2. What is lymphoproliferation?

Lymphoid tissue hyperplasia is generally caused by inflammatory stimulation and is a benign lesion. If confirmed by pathological examination results, it is not a big problem and there is no need to be nervous. Regular check-ups are sufficient. It is recommended that you do not eat spicy and irritating foods, eat more vegetables and fruits, do not stay up late or overwork, keep a happy mood, insist on exercising, strengthen your physical fitness, and maintain a good attitude.

3. Causes of swollen lymph nodes

1. When the lymph nodes are swollen, round, oval or cord-like nodules can be felt under the skin. If you feel swollen lymph nodes under the mandible, it usually means there is a lesion in the oral cavity, such as tonsillitis, periodontitis, pulpitis or apical periodontitis.

2. If a cluster of spherical bumps appear on the neck, cervical tuberculosis should be considered first. People with nasopharyngeal carcinoma often develop enlarged lymph nodes deep in the neck. Swollen lymph nodes in the armpit often indicate a disease in the upper limbs or breasts. ,

3. Swollen inguinal lymph nodes are a sign of infectious diseases in the lower limbs and buttocks.

4. In addition, people should not ignore the pathological reactions of lymph nodes caused by uterine cancer, testicular cancer, and rectal cancer.

6. Enlarged left supraclavicular lymph nodes often indicate that cancer cells in the abdominal cavity have metastasized upward along the thoracic duct, such as liver cancer, stomach cancer, colon cancer, etc. Enlarged right supraclavicular lymph nodes often indicate that cancer cells in the chest cavity have metastasized upward along the right lymphatic vessels, such as lung cancer, esophageal cancer, etc. 6. When suffering from lymphocytic leukemia, lymph nodes throughout the body will become swollen.
