How to treat pityrosporum folliculitis

Drug treatment

1. Oral administration

① Ketoconazole: 200 mg, once a day for 10 consecutive days.

② Fluconazole: 50 mg per day for 2-4 weeks.

2. External use

1% terbinafine cream: 2 times a day.

Folk remedy:

Longli medicinal wine recipe: 5g pangolin, 15g black snake, 30g coptis root, 30g safflower, 60g angelica root, 50g phellodendron, 3g beehive, 80g pepper, 25g white mustard,

Brewing: Soak in 300ml sealed grain wine with a concentration of more than 60%. 12 months in the cellar

Usage: For external use, twice or three times a day

Indications: Pityrosporum folliculitis

Treatment: (1) Oral: Itraconazole capsules (trade name: Sporanox), 0.2, once a day, for 7 consecutive days; (2) Topical: Compound Daconazole ointment, applied twice a day for 2 weeks; disulfide lotion (trade name: Hillson), wash every other day for 2 weeks.

Disulfide lotion, trade name: Hillson, wash the affected area once every other day. Its properties are like shampoo. First squeeze out some and make it into foam, apply it to the affected area, leave it on for 2-3 minutes before washing it off. Use it for 2 consecutive weeks. If you can't buy Hillson, you can buy: Celexa Lotion (chemical name: Ketoconazole Lotion).

Precautions

1. Patients should pay attention to skin hygiene, avoid drinking alcohol and eat less spicy and irritating food. Remove triggers and avoid scratching.

2. Treat diseases related to this disease, such as diabetes, eczema, pruritus, etc.
