What is asymptomatic frequent urination?

Frequent urination is a common symptom in daily life, often accompanied by many other symptoms. However, in daily life, many people experience asymptomatic frequent urination, which makes people very puzzled. So what exactly is asymptomatic frequent urination? In fact, this is most likely caused by a urinary tract infection. At this time, you must go to a regular hospital for diagnosis and treatment.

1. Causes of Asymptomatic Frequent Urinary

Asymptomatic frequent urination may be caused by urinary tract infection, which is caused by direct invasion of bacteria (rarely by fungi, protozoa, and viruses). Urinary tract infection is divided into upper urinary tract infection and lower urinary tract infection. Upper urinary tract infection refers to pyelonephritis, and lower urinary tract infection includes urethritis and cystitis. Pyelonephritis is further divided into acute pyelonephritis and chronic pyelonephritis. It is recommended to pay attention to local hygiene, eat a light diet, go to a regular hospital for examination in time, and receive targeted treatment. Do not use drugs blindly to avoid adverse effects.

2. Causes of frequent urination

1. Increased urine volume: Under physiological conditions, such as drinking a lot of water, the urine volume will increase due to the increase in water intake, and the number of urinations will also increase, resulting in frequent urination. Under pathological conditions, such as some patients with diabetes or diabetes insipidus drinking a lot of water or with prostatitis, they have a large amount of urine and urinate frequently.

2. Inflammatory stimulation: Diseases such as acute cystitis, tuberculous cystitis, urethritis, pyelonephritis, vulvitis, and prostatitis may cause frequent urination.

4. Reduced bladder capacity: such as bladder space-occupying lesions, compression from the enlarged uterus during pregnancy, tuberculous bladder contracture, or large bladder stones.

5. Psychoneural urinary frequency: You need to go to the hospital for further detailed examination to determine the cause and carry out targeted and effective treatment.

6. Kidney disease: Urine is produced by the kidneys, so urine is a window into the condition of the kidneys. One reason for frequent urination is kidney disease.

7. Urinary tract and seasonal factors: If the amount of urine is not much each time and there is no pain expression, local factors should be considered.

8. Dietary polyuria: If you have frequent urination and a large amount of urine each time, but no other symptoms, you should first pay attention to whether you drink too much water, especially those who like to drink tea.

9. Neurogenic urinary frequency: The bladder detrusor muscle is underdeveloped and the nerves are not sound, which may lead to daytime spot polyuria, up to 20 to 30 times, but normal urination at night. There is a tendency of recurring attacks, and urine tests are normal. This disease is not caused by inflammation.

10. Urinary tract inflammation: If you have frequent urination, urgent urination, painful urination or fever, you should consider urinary tract infection, such as cystitis, pyelonephritis, etc. Pus cells or a large number of white blood cells may be found under the urine microscope. In severe cases, there are symptoms of systemic infection and poisoning, which require antibiotic treatment.

11. Special diseases: If frequent urination is accompanied by large urine volume, and at the same time there is thirst, polydipsia, polyuria, and weight loss, you should pay attention to check the urine. If the urine contains sugar, you should consider diabetes. If there is no sugar in the urine but the specific gravity is low, you should think of diabetes insipidus.
