Contact persons generally do not need to be quarantined, but they should be kept in collective children's institutions, military units, etc. for three weeks, and suspicious persons should be immediately temporarily isolated.

(2) Cut off the transmission route by ventilating and drying blankets frequently.

(3) Protecting susceptible populations from passive immunization: High-priced mumps immunoglobulin has a certain effect, but it is difficult to obtain and promote. The preventive effect of general globulin on this disease is questionable. Active immunization: Currently, the measles, mumps and rubella triple vaccine has a good immune effect and is included in the national immunization program. The initial vaccination targets are 1 dose each at 8 months of age and 18 to 24 months of age, via subcutaneous or intramuscular injection.
