1. Don’t sweat profusely when exercising in early spring

In addition, the body needs a period of adjustment in the spring to adapt to the greater amount of exercise. If you suddenly increase the amount of exercise at this time, it will cause greater consumption of the body.

3. Keep warm

Fitness time can be selected from 14:00 to 20:00. During or after exercise, do not lie down on the grass as this can cause rheumatic back pain or arthritis. The maximum heart rate during exercise should be around 130 to 150 beats per minute.

8. Choose the right time to exercise

Don't do morning exercises too early in early spring. This is because in early spring in February, the temperature is low in the early morning and the air is cold. If you go out to exercise too early, you are susceptible to "wind evil". In mild cases, you may suffer from colds, and in severe cases, you may suffer from joint pain, stomach pain, facial nerve paralysis, angina pectoris and other diseases.
