Blinking can prevent aging

Blinking can prevent aging

I believe that office workers all know that blinking can relieve eye fatigue, but did you know that blinking can also prevent aging? Well, I won’t keep you in suspense and will teach you how to blink to prevent aging.

1

The five fingers of both hands need to press the front and sides of the forehead, and then slowly push and rub the fingers from the hairline to the top of the head. The muscles on both sides of the head can pull and support the cheeks. Massaging the muscles in this area can increase muscle elasticity and help prevent the formation of nasolabial folds.

2

Use your thumb, index finger and middle finger to gently pinch your eyebrows, then use your thumb to press on the concave area on the lower side of the eyebrows. Press hard for a while until you feel soreness and swelling, then pinch and knead the left and right eyebrow ends little by little. The eyebrow muscles can play a pulling and supporting role for the eyes. By massaging the eyebrows, you can relax the muscles, eliminate eye fatigue and prevent drooping of the corners of the eyes.

3

When you feel very tired, you can blink hard, close your eyes for 4 seconds, then open your eyes hard, hold for 4 seconds, and repeat this 5 times. Relaxed muscles around the eyes can easily make people look listless and cause the eyelids to be unable to close, thus affecting the quality of sleep.
