The first choice are the Daling, Laogong, Waiguan and Xingjian acupoints. Daling is the original point and acupoint of the pericardium meridian. It is closely related to the vital energy of the pericardium meridian and is an important channel for transporting the vital energy of the pericardium meridian. It has a strong effect of clearing the heart and purging fire. Xingjian belongs to the foot Jueyin liver meridian, which can remove the fire from the liver meridian, so it has the effect of clearing heat and purging fire. Waiguan belongs to the Shaoyang Triple Burner Meridian of the Hand. Sanjiao is a description of the location of the internal organs in the human body in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Once the fire of Sanjiao is eliminated, the person's anxiety, irritability, tension, etc. will disappear and the body will feel unobstructed. Laogong point is located in the palm of the hand, between the 2nd and 3rd metacarpal bones. When finding the acupoint, make a half fist, and lightly press the palm of your hand with your index finger, middle finger, ring finger and little finger, so that the tips of the middle finger and ring finger are pressed on the horizontal lines of the palm. The point where the tip of the middle finger is pressing is Laogong. It is a major acupoint on the pericardium meridian, so to relieve heart fire, Laogong must be chosen.

As long as you have a fever, no matter what the cause is, these acupoints can be used to solve it. People who have excessive heart fire or who are easily getting angry can massage these acupoints more often on a daily basis, which can also help maintain health and reduce heart fire.
