Two sentences can cure cervical spine problems

Cervical spondylosis is really annoying, causing dizziness, blurred vision, neck pain, tinnitus... A doctor who has been using computers for a long time and has cervical spondylosis invented a two-sentence gymnastics exercise, which really cured his cervical spondylosis. Reciting these two sentences is as simple as curing cervical spondylosis!

1. The first sentence to cure cervical spondylosis: You clap once, I clap once, and we clap until seventy-seven

Just pat your left shoulder with your right hand, and then pat your right shoulder with your left hand, as far as you can, and keep doing this until you have done seventy-seven times. For young people, it is better to shoot this action from the back. It’s okay to take pictures of the elderly from the front. By doing this, the blood will flow smoothly immediately.

2. The second sentence of the expert who cured cervical spondylosis: Take a deep breath, squat down, and go to the theater at 10:10.

There are two types of deep breathing: one is called chest breathing and the other is called abdominal breathing. When we breathe normally, we inhale and exhale 500 ml of air each time, and a deep breath is 2500 ml to 3000 ml. This deep breath is equivalent to 7 to 8 normal breaths. What’s more important is that not only is there 7 to 8 times more oxygen, but once the diaphragm descends, the stomach, liver, spleen, intestines, etc. are gently massaged, improving gastrointestinal function.

Squatting means standing up and then squatting, squatting and then standing up. Do it 5 to 10 times, and gradually do it 15 to 20 times. When people squat and stand up, it is the best exercise for the sympathetic and parasympathetic nerves. From now on, you will be fine if you stand up suddenly, and you will no longer feel dizzy, have a headache, or have a blurred vision.

What does it mean to go to the theater at "10:10"? Stretch your arms out to both sides of your body, parallel to the ground, similar to the position of the hour and minute hands on a clock at 9:15; then lift both arms simultaneously to the 10:10 position, and then return to the 9:15 position. Repeat this action 20 to 30 times in a row. The lumbar muscles, back muscles, chest muscles and neck muscles are all exercised.

What does "going to the theater" mean? When I was a child in the countryside, the walls were very low. If there was a play next door, you had to stand on tiptoe and stretch your neck if you wanted to watch it. Hold this position for a few seconds, then repeat it. This will exercise the muscles in your shoulders, upper elbows, neck, and feet.
