The five spots on your body determine your life span

Nowadays, many people pay attention to health preservation, understand health preservation knowledge, eat health preservation recipes, etc. However, we usually ignore 5 important health care parts in the body. If we usually take good care of these parts, it will be very beneficial to our body. So what are these 5 parts? Let me introduce them to you.

armpit

According to traditional Chinese medicine, there is an acupuncture point at the top of the armpit called Jiquan Point. Regular massage can relax the chest, calm the mind, and harmonize qi and blood. From the perspective of modern medicine, the armpits are rich in lymphatic tissue, and regular massage can promote blood circulation and enhance immunity. The massage method is as follows: cross your arms in front of your chest, press the opposite armpit with both hands, and massage and knead moderately with your fingers, each time for about 3 minutes; then, raise your left hand, and pat your left armpit with your right palm, then raise your right hand, and pat your right armpit with your left palm, 30-50 times each time, and repeat this operation 5 times.

Popliteal fossa

The popliteal fossa is a diamond-shaped groove behind the knee, which is rich in blood vessels and nerves. Regularly tapping it can promote qi and blood circulation and relieve spasms. There is a very important acupoint in the popliteal fossa called Weizhong point. Regular massage of it has a therapeutic effect on common painful diseases such as sciatica, calf fatigue, neck pain, buttocks pain, etc.

The specific massage method is: we sit or lie prone, and we or our family members use our empty palms to pat the popliteal fossa on both sides repeatedly.

belly button

The navel is the only acupuncture point in the human body that can be touched with the hands and seen with the eyes. It is called Shenque. It is connected to the twelve meridians, and therefore has always been regarded by doctors as an important acupoint for treating diseases. Patting the navel frequently can calm the mind, soothe the liver and gallbladder, harmonize qi and blood, and clear the three burners.

The method is: sit or lie on your back, use the empty palms of your left and right hands, use your forearms to exert force, and gently pat your belly button 100 times continuously. Or you can stimulate your navel by using hot compresses, massage, etc.

Cubital fossa

The cubital pit is a triangular depression in front of the elbow joint. It is a place where the meridians are very dense. Regular massage can help promote qi and blood circulation, disperse blood stasis and remove toxins.

The method is: we sit or lie prone, straighten one upper limb with the elbow facing upward, use the other hand to exert force with the palm, and pat both sides alternately 100 times. If you have someone else to help you, you can pat both sides at the same time.

Lumbar fossa

Commonly known as the "waist eye", it is a depression in the lumbar region of the human body. The lumbar sacral region bears the weight of the entire upper body, so as we age, it is easy to develop symptoms such as low back pain due to strain on the lumbar sacral region. Regular massage of the lumbar fossa can loosen muscles and bones and eliminate fatigue.

The method is: sit with the upper body slightly bent forward, use the empty palms of left and right hands to pat the lumbar sacral area 5-10 times continuously. It is not recommended for elderly people with severe cardiovascular disease or osteoporosis to use the patting method.

Summer is coming, and the weather is getting hotter. Many friends often sweat under their armpits and wet their clothes. It is really embarrassing. There is no peculiar smell, nor is it what people call underarm odor. What is going on? Professor Hu Kuikui from the Plastic Surgery Center of Guangdong Provincial Women and Children's Health Care Hospital said that this is actually a kind of hyperhidrosis! Hyperhidrosis is a common disease. Epidemiological studies have found that the incidence rate among young people can be as high as 0.5-1%. Although hyperhidrosis does not pose a great threat to human health, it can seriously affect daily life, work and social activities.
