Symptoms of fatigue syndrome 1. Psychological Sometimes abnormal psychological manifestations appear earlier than physical symptoms and are more prominent. Most of the symptoms are depression, anxiety, impatience, irritability, emotional instability, bad temper, confusion, slow reaction, memory loss, lack of concentration, lack of confidence and indecision.
2. Body Body types are usually divided into two categories: thin and fat. It should be said that most of them are thin, but it cannot be ruled out that a few may be obese. Chronic fatigue syndrome in the latter category of patients is not uncommon in modern society. The face is mostly manifested as premature aging, dull complexion, premature appearance of facial wrinkles or pigmentation spots; the skin of the limbs is rough, dry, and flaky; the nails lose their normal smoothness and luster; the hair falls out, becomes unkempt, breaks easily, and loses its luster.
3. Movement system General fatigue, weakness in limbs, general malaise, and slow movements. Sometimes, cold-like symptoms such as myalgia and joint pain may occur. If the symptoms persist for a long time, accumulating for months or years, they will be particularly obvious and may give people a feeling of being seriously ill.
4. Digestive system The main symptoms are loss of appetite and lack of appetite for all kinds of food, especially greasy food. There is no feeling of hunger, and sometimes there may be picky eating, indigestion after eating, and abdominal distension; the shape of the stool often changes, such as constipation, dryness, or increased frequency of bowel movements.
5. Nervous system Symptoms include lack of energy or mental tension, often with dizziness, insomnia, palpitations, irritability, etc. in the early stages; in the later stages, symptoms include lack of sleep, frequent dreams, night terrors, early awakenings, insomnia, and even drowsiness, listlessness, laziness, and memory loss.
6. Urogenital system Along with mental abnormalities, urinary system symptoms such as frequent urination and urgency may occur. In addition, people who are too tired are most likely to produce foam when urinating in a container, and the foam stays for a long time. Reproductive system symptoms include nocturnal emission, impotence, premature ejaculation, and loss of libido in men; and irregular menstruation, premature menopause, and sexual apathy in women. If this continues for a long time, infertility may occur.
7. Sensory system In the visual system, the main manifestations are eye pain, blurred vision, sensitivity to light, etc.; in the auditory system, the main manifestations are tinnitus, hearing loss, etc. "Fatigue syndrome" usually occurs in office workers, especially those who are busy working all day without rest. When their bodies are always working without rest, they will protest, and "fatigue syndrome" is the protest they make. It is a warning to you that you should rest, otherwise you will become ill due to overwork. |
