Your personality determines what kind of diseases you are prone to

In psychology, people's personality traits are often divided into three types: Type A, Type B, and Type C, and each personality behavior type corresponds to a corresponding disease type.

An impatient and competitive Type A personality

【Behavioral characteristics】

1. Strive hard for achievement; 2. Be extremely competitive; 3. Easily become impatient; 4. Have a sense of time pressure; 5. Use rude language and behavior; 6. Make too many promises about work and position; 7. Have high energy and excessive hostility.

【Susceptible Diseases】

Type A personality behavior is currently the most clinically studied. It is recognized in the medical community that this type of people is particularly prone to cardiovascular disease. Among patients with coronary heart disease, 75.5% have Type A personality and behavior, and among patients with hypertension, 79.5% have Type A personality and behavior. At the same time, clinical studies have also found that type A personality and behavior are closely related to stroke, cerebrovascular disease, and gastrointestinal ulcers.

【Expert Comments】

Type A personality behavior often manifests itself as a likable personality, working diligently and persistently, and being highly efficient. Therefore, people with Type A behaviors are actually more likely to achieve good results in work and study and achieve career success. But on the other hand, it is also the most clear type of pathogenicity at present.

For this type of personality or behavior, it is not recommended that people give up their overly competitive demands out of fear of failure, because rather than saying that the health problems are caused by "Type A behavior", it is more likely that people with this type of personality are more likely to have hostility and anger, which puts them at risk of disease.

Therefore, people with "Type A personality and behavior" should learn to cultivate patience, appropriately reduce their sense of competition, pay conscious attention to rest, and learn to be "lazy" and relax skillfully without affecting their work.

Type B personality who is open-minded

【Behavioral characteristics】

1. Calm, leisurely, and slow-paced; 2. Steady, realistic, peaceful, relaxed, compliant, and go with the flow; 3. More easy-going and less aggressive towards others.

The so-called Type B personality behavior is actually in response to Type A behavior. It adopts the method of elimination. Those who are not Type A behavior are usually considered to have Type B behavior.

【Susceptible Diseases】

From a health perspective, people with type B personality traits are indeed less likely to develop various diseases. However, compared to people whose personalities are closer to Type A behavior, this type of people are more open-minded, so they usually don't pursue much and have a lower chance of success.

Type C personality

【Behavioral characteristics】

1. Having a restrained and repressed personality, not showing negative emotions, especially suppressing anger, being prone to sulking, and trying to avoid all kinds of conflicts; 2. Over-cooperating with others, forgiving behaviors that should not be forgiven, being overly patient with others, and submitting to authority; 3. Having no ideas or goals in life and work, being full of uncertainty, and feeling lonely or helpless.

【Susceptible Diseases】

Cancer susceptibility behavioral patterns are also closely related to skin diseases, asthma, and ulcers.

【Expert Comments】

People often think that they have a good temper, never argue with others, and are recognized as people with "good personalities". But there are two possibilities for this kind of "good character". One is Type B behavior, who is truly open-minded and goes with the flow, so is generally healthier; but the other is passively succumbing to others, and even if he is dissatisfied in his heart, he tries to avoid expressing it. This repressed "good character" is definitely not a healthy model. On the contrary, it may induce cancer and related diseases.
