Early spring has begun, which is supposed to be a vibrant season, but some special people choose to stay at home and even take a temporary break from work. They often feel discomfort in the upper abdomen, even cramps, tingling, dizziness, and although they are sleepy in spring and tired in autumn, their fatigue frequency is much higher than that of normal people, and their appetite is even worse. When they went to the hospital for a check-up, it turned out that they had gastritis. Some even developed hemorrhagic gastritis due to long-term use of acetylsalicylic acid, alcoholism, or severe trauma, major surgery, etc., and there is a risk of gastrointestinal bleeding from time to time. Therefore, hemorrhagic gastritis should not be underestimated. Once discovered, you should seek medical attention in time. So, how to treat and prevent this disease? 1. Once confirmed , the specific measures are as follows (1) To replenish blood volume, give intravenous whole blood or fresh frozen plasma, plasma substitute and balanced salt solution as appropriate. For those in shock, microcirculation should be actively improved. (2) Gastric lavage with ice saline can cause the blood vessels in the stomach wall to contract, reduce gastric acid secretion, and promote hemostasis. The method is to leave a gastric tube in the stomach, first drain the gastric juice, inject 200-300 ml of ice saline, then draw it out, and rinse it repeatedly 3-4 times. Finally, add 4 mg of norepinephrine to 250 ml of ice saline and inject it into the stomach to further contract the blood vessels. Repeat once after 4 hours. (3) Application of H2 receptor antagonists H2 receptor antagonists such as cimetidine, ranitidine, and famotidine have a strong inhibitory effect on gastric acid secretion and reduce the concentration of hydrogen ions. In general, cimetidine 0.2 g can be given once every 6 hours; or ranitidine 150 mg can be given orally once every 12 hours; for patients with severe conditions, cimetidine 0.4 g or ranitidine 300 mg can be used by intravenous drip. 2. Dietary conditioning and prevention for patients with hemorrhagic gastritis (1) Consume liquid food For hemorrhagic gastritis. The cause of the disease should be eliminated, the patient should rest in bed, and any food or medicine that may irritate the stomach should be avoided. The patient should be fasted or given liquid food as appropriate. If there is bleeding, hemostatic treatment should be given. (2) Eat regularly Pay attention to dietary conditioning and maintenance, eat regularly at regular times and in regular amounts to maintain the normal rhythm of digestive activities. You must not eat one meal and skip the next or skip breakfast, and especially avoid overeating. (3) Pay attention to nutritional balance The food should be mainly nutritious, easily digestible soft food, and eat more food rich in plant protein and vitamins. You can eat cooked millet, rice porridge, goat's milk, yogurt, cottage cheese, and kefir. If symptoms are severe, eat some soft foods, such as rice soup, avocado, banana, potato, and pumpkin. Blend all the vegetables before cooking. Occasionally, eat some steamed vegetables such as carrots, cauliflower and greens. (4) Drink vegetable juice Fresh cabbage juice is rich in glutamine, which promotes the growth of mucin-producing cells and is beneficial for protecting the gastric mucosa. Drink the juice immediately after it is made and do not store it. For patients with excessive stomach acid, they can drink a glass when they have stomach pain to dilute the stomach acid. (5) Eat small, frequent meals Eat more than three meals a day, like six small meals, as long as you feel comfortable. Avoid eating before going to bed, and do not eat too much or too full, so as to prevent excessive expansion of the gastric antrum and increase the secretion of gastric acid. (6) Chewing slowly helps digestion Chewing slowly and thoroughly is definitely helpful for the digestion of patients with hemorrhagic gastritis. Mixing the food thoroughly with saliva and avoiding stress during meals can give your digestion a good start. (7) Increase fiber intake Eat foods containing fiber. Fiber is considered an anti-cancer ingredient, and eating a high-fiber diet can also reduce the chance of duodenal ulcers. Fiber is thought to promote the secretion of mucin, which protects the duodenal mucosa. (8) Supplement nutrients ① Vitamin E and zinc Vitamin E 400 IU per day, increasing gradually. 50-80 mg of zinc per day can increase the production of mucin, protect the gastric mucosa and relieve pain. ② Vitamin B12 The dosage is based on the product instructions. Chronic gastritis may cause anemia due to vitamin B12 deficiency. ③Proteolytic enzyme Use between meals to break down food that remains in the colon and help reduce inflammation. Note: Do not use brands containing hydrochloric acid. ④Aloe vera juice 120cc per day, it can relieve pain and speed up recovery. |
