Eight tips for curing snoring, scientific and effective

Lower the pillow

Moderate massage


Before going to bed, you can massage your fingertips and base of the thumb to relieve the day's fatigue by stimulating the acupoints. Use the thumb nail to pinch the tip of the index finger, on the outside, about 2mm away from the gap between the nails, and press for a while.


Adjust your sleeping position

Drink pepper water


Take 5-10 Sichuan peppercorns and soak them in a cup of boiling water before going to bed. Drink it after the water has cooled down (do not swallow the Sichuan peppercorns). Take it for 5 consecutive days to treat snoring.


Good sleeping environment
