6 tips to help you get rid of "work weariness"

It is not unforgivable that you temporarily become inefficient at work due to your dislike for work. However, if this continues for a long time, you will be repeatedly surrounded by a sense of failure, experiencing physical and mental discomfort and even self-loathing. Therefore, we might as well relax, take a deep breath, tell ourselves that the problem is not as serious as we imagined, find the right way to adjust ourselves, then "work aversion" is just an opportunity to remind us to examine our work, and even our family and personal status. We have the power to turn bad things into good things.

1. Think

Think about why you work, is it to realize your personal value? Then you have to examine whether your current job makes you feel interesting, whether it is what you are good at, and whether you have enough patience to accumulate experience. If the only reason you want to find a job is to support yourself, then being tired of working means there are too many things you cannot compromise on, and you need to think carefully about what you really want.

2. Planning

If you feel the workload is too heavy, don't rush to start. Take out a piece of white paper and write down the things you need to do one by one. Arrange them in order of urgency, and then start with the first one. And promise yourself that you will take a break after doing all this.

3. Communication

If you don’t get approval from your boss, there is probably something wrong with your work direction. Timely communication is much better than racking your brains to figure it out. Chat more with colleagues, even if it is gossip unrelated to work. When interpersonal relationships become closer, we will have a sense of belonging, needing and being needed by people and things.

4. Review

What are the things that make you most unhappy at work? Write them down, and then come to the conclusion of what you need to do to make yourself happy about these things. Don't worry, most of the conclusions are ridiculous, but they will make people smile knowingly.

5. Relax

Try to complete your work during working hours, and completely relax during your rest time. Indulge yourself in karaoke all night, sleep till you drop, read a motivational book, treat friends to a meal and vent your unhappy feelings... In short, do whatever you like to pamper yourself with.

6. Control

Don't let your work aversion run wild. In addition to examining your work and adjusting your mindset very personally, you must also be careful not to bring your bad mood to others, especially important family members. Always remember that the only people who will always support us unconditionally are our family.
