Oily hair is a very distressing thing that seriously affects appearance, so many patients are actively looking for treatments. 1. Comb your hair less and massage it more

Combing your hair too often will stimulate the sebaceous glands that secrete oil, making your hair oilier.

2. Use baking soda wisely

If your hair is of good quality, you can choose to use baking soda to clean your hair. Baking soda gently cleanses your hair, removing dead skin cells and stripping away dirt and natural oils. Take 1-2 tablespoons of baking soda at a time and mix it with a small cup of water, then apply it directly to your hair. If your hair is particularly fine or short, you can freely adjust the proportion of baking soda.

We all know that rice water can balance the water and oil content of the skin and make it whiter and tenderer. In fact, rice water can also solve the problem of oily hair. Then use a comb to gently comb your hair. If you have a hair dryer, it is best to use cold air on it. This way, your hair will look like it has just been washed and will not have any oil in it.

5. Pay attention to daily diet adjustment

Many people have oily hair. Generally, they may like to eat heavy-tasting food, such as greasy and spicy food, which causes the accumulation of some indigestible fat in the body, leading to oily hair. Therefore, daily diet must be adjusted, and eat more light food.
