4. Refuse to drink alcohol. After age 40, your liver's ability to metabolize alcohol slows down, leading to weight gain as well as night sweats and hot flashes. It causes menopausal women to experience symptoms such as obesity, sweating and irritability.

If women experience night sweats during menopause, in addition to following the above dietary principles, they also need to pay attention to strengthening physical exercise and pay attention to proper blood replenishment.
