(1) A correct attitude towards life. As the saying goes, "A smile makes you ten years younger." A relaxed and happy mood can make a person young, beautiful and full of vitality; it can make the skin delicate, shiny, moisturized, soft and tender. Always maintain a balanced mentality and stable emotions so that all organs of the body can carry out various physiological activities in a normal state. The skin will naturally obtain sufficient nutrition and keep you youthful.

(2) Active exercise. People often say that "life lies in movement". Active exercise can promote good blood circulation, improve the body's resistance, maintain normal endocrine system, and make the skin healthier and more rosy.

(3) Get enough sleep. Sleep is the best medicine to eliminate fatigue. The time for skin to replenish nutrition and repair is generally between 10 pm and 4 am the next morning. On the basis of ensuring sleep time, you should pay attention to sleep quality and try to do the following: do not drink coffee or tea before bedtime, do not smoke too much, go to bed immediately when you feel sleepy; take a warm bath or soak your feet in hot water before bedtime, listen to some relaxing and soothing music; also keep the indoor air circulating and sleep in the correct posture.

(4) Clean the skin. Clean skin is the basis of healthy skin.

(5) Precautions when washing your face. Wash your face with warm water (about 40℃); when using facial cleanser, first make foam in your hands, then apply it to your face, making circles from the inside to the outside, and then rinse with clean water.

(6) Choose cosmetics correctly and reasonably. Cosmetics should be selected according to skin type. For example, people with oily skin should choose cosmetics with a low oil content, while people with sensitive skin should choose cosmetics with a high oil content. Seasonal factors should also be considered when choosing cosmetics. For example, in hot and humid seasons, you should choose refreshing cosmetics, while in cold and dry seasons, you should choose cosmetics with higher oil content and stronger moisturizing properties. In addition, factors such as age and environment should also be considered. In short, only by choosing the right skin care products can your skin be improved.

(7) Get rid of bad habits. Do not rub your eyes hard, do not pick pimples on your face with your hands, do not rub your face casually, and do not use other people's cosmetics and makeup tools at will.

(8) Control the time it takes to put on makeup. Leaving makeup on for too long will affect the skin's breathing and excretion functions and damage the health of the skin. People with oily skin, allergic skin and those who often wear heavy makeup need special attention. It is best not to keep makeup on for more than 4 hours. If you need to keep makeup on for a long time due to special circumstances, you should try to let your skin rest for about 4 hours after applying makeup before applying makeup again.

Now that we know the precautions for skin care in skin care knowledge, when we usually take care of our skin, we must follow the above requirements. We should not take care of it blindly. Don't think that as long as we apply cosmetics, it can play a maintenance role. This idea is wrong. There is also some common sense in skin care.
