What is primary liver cancer?

The so-called liver cancer refers to a malignant tumor in the liver. Once diagnosed with liver cancer, you should immediately cooperate with the doctor for treatment to avoid worsening of the disease. Because liver cancer not only affects human health, but also causes very serious harm to the human body. In order to prevent the occurrence of liver cancer, we should do a good job of related care in daily life. Only long-term standardized treatment can prevent the occurrence of the disease.

What is primary liver cancer?

Primary liver cancer originates from hepatocytes, bile duct cells, mesenchymal tissues and other liver malignancies, and is one of the most common malignant tumors. Valid data show that viral hepatitis is associated with primary liver cancer. Liver cancer patients usually have hepatitis and cirrhosis. If the disease is not controlled in time, the cancer cells spread and eventually develop into liver cancer.

Causes of primary liver cancer:

1. Chronic hepatitis can cause liver cancer: A small number of patients have a history of chronic hepatitis before developing liver cancer, so there is a certain causal relationship between viral hepatitis and liver cancer.

2. Symptoms of primary liver cancer: Liver cancer patients generally experience persistent pain, tingling or local pain, which worsens at night or after fatigue. Hepatomegaly is the main clinical manifestation.

3. Liver cirrhosis can develop into liver cancer: Liver cirrhosis is also one of the important causes of primary liver cancer, mainly liver cancer related to viral hepatitis caused by hepatitis after nodular cirrhosis. Drinking and hepatitis virus infection in patients with primary liver cancer increase the risk of primary liver cancer.

Patients with liver disease should actively cooperate with diet therapy to avoid worsening of the disease. At the same time, they should pay attention to light diet and balanced nutrition in daily life. They should not eat spicy food. They should also avoid pickled and smoked food. Eat more foods with high protein content such as milk, fish, meat, and soy products to increase dietary fiber, promote intestinal peristalsis, and facilitate the discharge of harmful substances in the body. They should maintain a good mentality, learn to guide themselves, avoid depression, and affect the recovery of the disease. At the same time, they should pay attention to proper exercise and strengthen their physical fitness, which is conducive to the recovery of the disease.
