The internationally recognized staging criteria for malignant lymphoma are those recommended by the Ann Arbor Conference held in 1970:

Stage I disease involves only a single regional lymph node. Stage IE disease involves only a single organ outside the lymph nodes.

Stage II disease involves two or more regional lymph nodes on the same side of the diaphragm.

Stage IIE disease is limited to organs other than lymph nodes and to more than one regional lymph node on the same side of the diaphragm.

Ⅲ Lymph nodes on both sides of the diaphragm are invaded.

Organs other than IIIE lymph nodes are affected, and lymph nodes on both sides of the diaphragm are affected.

IV The disease invades many lymph nodes and non-lymph node sites, such as the lungs, liver, and bone marrow.

Lymphoma patients should pay attention to the following in their daily lives:

1. Develop good living habits, quit smoking, and limit drinking. The World Health Organization predicts that if people stop smoking, the world's cancer will be reduced by one third in five years; don't drink too much. Tobacco and alcohol are extremely acidic substances. People who smoke and drink for a long time are prone to acidic constitution.

2. Do not eat too much salty and spicy food, and do not eat food that is too hot, too cold, expired, or spoiled. The elderly, weak, or people with genetic genes for certain diseases should eat some anti-cancer foods and high-alkaline foods appropriately to maintain a good mental state.

3. Have a good attitude to deal with stress, combine work and rest, and don't be overly tired. It can be seen that stress is an important cause of cancer. Chinese medicine believes that stress leads to overwork, which leads to decreased immune function, endocrine disorders, metabolic disorders, and acid deposition; stress can also cause mental tension, qi stagnation, blood stasis, toxic fire, etc.

4. Strengthen physical exercise, improve physical fitness, exercise more in the sun, and sweat more to excrete acidic substances from the body with sweat, avoiding the formation of an acidic constitution.
