What are the common early symptoms of breast cancer?

Common symptoms of early breast cancer:

3. Nipple discharge. Nipple fluid can be physiological or pathological. The prevalence of nipple discharge in non-pregnancy and lactation is about 3% to 8%. The discharge can be colorless, milky white, light yellow, brown, bloody, etc. It can also be watery, bloody, or serous-purulent. The amount of discharge is uncertain and the intervals vary. Patients are often diagnosed and treated because of discharge contaminating their underwear.

4. Changes in breast skin: small lumps, deep in location, with no skin changes; large lumps, shallow in location, and early on adhesion to the skin, causing depression of the skin, resulting in dimple sign.
