After comprehensive treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma, mainly radiotherapy, nasal complications and their care are one of the malignant tumors with a relatively good prognosis. The measures for post-cure care of nasopharyngeal carcinoma are generally as follows:

First: Rinse your mouth with light salt water to keep your mouth clean; and brush your teeth with a soft-bristled toothbrush until the oral mucosa returns to normal.

Second: Pay attention to protecting the skin in the irradiated area. The underwear should be soft, loose and highly absorbent. Avoid wiping the skin in the irradiated area with soap and rough towels.
