Early diagnosis method of cervical cancer

Patients with cervical cancer do experience irregular vaginal bleeding, increased vaginal discharge, lower abdominal pain, and disease diagnosis examinations generally require colposcopy, vaginal exfoliative cytology, and human papillomavirus testing. The diagnosis of early cervical cancer needs to be determined based on the patient's symptoms and related examinations. The manifestations of patients with early cervical cancer mainly occur in the same room or after a gynecological examination. For women over 21 years old, regular cervical cancer screening is recommended to detect cervical epithelial lesions and even early cervical cancer in a timely manner.

How to treat early cervical cancer?

Cervical cancer is a malignant tumor of the cervix. Surgical resection is recommended for early cervical cancer. Generally speaking, the prognosis of early cervical cancer is good after treatment, but it is still necessary to pay attention to regular check-ups, symptomatic treatment of various complications, and improve the patient's quality of life. If surgical treatment is performed promptly after cervical cancer is discovered, and medication or chemotherapy is taken according to the doctor's advice after surgery, the probability of cervical cancer being cured can reach about 80%.

What causes cervical cancer to recur?

For women with cervical cancer, the most common reason for postoperative recurrence may be that all cancer cells were not completely removed during surgery, so the cancer cells that were not removed after surgery will continue to proliferate and spread, causing cervical cancer recurrence, so cervical cancer cannot be cured 100%. There are many reasons for cervical cancer recurrence, mainly due to incomplete surgery, low immunity or untimely postoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Clinical symptoms of cervical cancer recurrence include local cervical or vaginal recurrence, often accompanied by irregular vaginal bleeding or foul-smelling leucorrhea.
