What does WHO grade Ⅱ of breast cancer mean?

1. WHO II grade of breast cancer is the histological grading of the tumor, indicating that it is a moderately differentiated tumor.

2. The WHO grading system is not for the pathological staging of breast cancer, but to judge the malignancy of cancer cells by analyzing the formation of glandular ducts, polymorphism of cell nuclei and nuclear division technology. Breast cancer is mainly divided into three levels, namely breast cancer I highly differentiated, II moderately differentiated, and III poorly differentiated. Under normal circumstances, the closer the degree of differentiation of cancer cells is to normal cells, the lower the malignancy. The higher the grade, the worse the degree of differentiation and the higher the malignancy.

3. Breast cancer WHO II grade belongs to the moderately differentiated type, indicating that it is moderately malignant and develops at a moderate rate, with or without metastasis to the lymphatic system, other organs or tissues. It is necessary to make a comprehensive judgment based on other imaging reports and biopsy reports to formulate an appropriate treatment plan. Common treatment methods include surgical resection, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, targeted therapy, etc.

4. After the disease is diagnosed, it is recommended to actively cooperate with the doctor to complete the whole process of treatment, and good treatment compliance is required. During the treatment of the disease, personal life care should be strengthened, such as eating more foods containing protein and vitamins, such as various meats, soy products, green vegetables, etc., quit smoking and drinking, exercise appropriately under the premise of physical permission, and maintain an optimistic and cheerful attitude. After the treatment, regular check-ups should also be carried out according to the doctor's advice.
