5. Swollen lymph nodes in the neck: Swollen lymph nodes in the neck of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients are often misdiagnosed as inflammation. If the neck lumps do not shrink after anti-inflammatory treatment, or even continue to grow rapidly, especially those that are hard, have poor mobility, or are fused together into a mass, you need to see a doctor in time.
