3. It mainly depends on the cause of the symptoms. If it is caused by tumor metastasis, accurate radiotherapy can be performed locally to relieve the symptoms by killing local cancer cells. If it is caused by other reasons, it is best to find out the cause and then treat it symptomatically.

4. If nasopharyngeal cancer causes headaches, you can take some painkillers to relieve the symptoms. If the pain worsens, the patient should go to a relevant hospital for examination and treatment.
