Patients with cervical cancer may experience lower abdominal pain. Cervical cancer is a common malignant tumor of the female reproductive system. The early clinical symptoms are increased leucorrhea, a small amount of vaginal bleeding and contact bleeding. The late symptoms are secondary anemia, foul-smelling vaginal discharge, etc. The metastatic compression nerves often cause lumbar and sacral pain, pelvic fall and abnormal urine symptoms. In severe cases, malignant symptoms may occur.

In the early stage of cervical cancer, vaginal bleeding is the main symptom. It is often manifested as contact bleeding, that is, vaginal bleeding after sexual intercourse or gynecological examination. It can also be manifested as irregular vaginal bleeding, or prolonged menstruation, increased menstrual flow, and irregular vaginal bleeding after menopause in elderly patients. In this case, the patient may experience mild to significant abdominal pain, and even invade the pelvic wall, resulting in frozen pelvis. The abdominal pain of patients with cervical cancer is generally not severe or sharp pain, and only severe pain can occur when cervical cancer is over.
