Before going out, you must take precautions against wind and sun. Apply sunscreen and isolation lotion twenty minutes before going out. It is best to wear sunglasses and a parasol to avoid direct sunlight. Remove makeup immediately after returning home, clean your face as soon as possible, and use some post-sun repair masks.

Go to bed early and get up early, don't stay up late, make sure you get enough sleep every day, drink two cups of water in the morning to help clean your intestines and stomach. Drink more water on a daily basis, and do some aerobic exercise every day to ensure that dirt in the skin pores can be discharged in time.

Do not overeat, eat less irritating foods such as spicy food, seafood, barbecue, and hot pot, drink small amounts of tobacco and alcohol, eat more fruits and vegetables and light food, and drink more soup.
