Kidney cancer grading standards:

1. The grading standards for renal cancer are mainly based on the size of the tumor, the range of lymph nodes, and whether there is metastasis, and are divided into grade I, grade II, grade III, and grade IV.

2. Grades I and II are combined into one level, which is highly differentiated. Grade III is moderately differentiated, and grade IV is poorly differentiated or undifferentiated. Generally, the higher the grade, the higher the risk of recurrence.

3. Determine the clinical stage of renal cancer patients based on the results of imaging examinations, evaluate the patient's tolerance to treatment through auxiliary examinations, select appropriate treatment methods based on the clinical stage and the patient's tolerance, determine the patient's pathological stage based on the results of pathological examinations, and select postoperative treatment and follow-up plans based on the pathological stage.

4. Patients need to pay attention to the regularity of life, ensure adequate sleep, and avoid fatigue. During the period of climate change, pay attention to adding or removing clothes, reduce going to crowded places, and avoid infection. Appropriate exercise can be adopted to improve resistance by jogging, yoga and other exercise methods, keep the indoor environment clean, maintain indoor temperature and humidity, and no noise around.
