How to open a push bottle

Many things we use in our daily life are press bottles. There are many materials in press bottles, and they are convenient to use. This push-type bottle cap opening method requires you to first rotate the push tube out, and then you will find that there is a toothed part inside the tube. Fix the toothed part with your hand or linen, and then rotate the nozzle with your other hand to open it. It includes a cover body and an insert tube. A convex truncated cone-shaped liquid outlet is arranged at the top of the center of the cover body. An insert tube with a flange at the top and a pointed part at the bottom is tightly inserted into the liquid outlet of the cover body. The diameter of the insert tube flange is larger than the diameter of the liquid outlet of the cover body.

The working principle of the push bottle is the same as that of a piston pump. The movement of the piston is used to expel the air in the liquid storage cylinder, causing a pressure difference between the inside and the outside, so that the liquid rises under the action of the air pressure and is discharged from the liquid outlet pipe. When the liquid outlet pipe is pressed downward by hand, the spring is compressed and the liquid inlet valve (round plastic ball) is closed downward. At the same time, as the piston moves downward, the exhaust valve (the small hole under the piston) is opened, and the liquid in the liquid storage cylinder flows out of the liquid outlet pipe; when the spring is released, the spring returns to its original natural state, causing the piston to move upward, the exhaust valve to close, and the liquid inlet valve to open. Under the action of external atmospheric pressure, the liquid enters the liquid storage cylinder from the liquid guide tube through the liquid inlet valve. In this way, the piston reciprocates up and down in the cylinder, continuously sucking the liquid out of the bottle.

The general way to open it is to press it all the way down and then turn it counterclockwise to open it.

If it cannot be opened, you can solve it as follows:

1. The number of turns is not enough, rotate again; the rotation direction is wrong.

2. Take it apart and see if it is stuck somewhere.

3. Change the old shampoo bottle, continue using that bottle, and pour the new one into the old empty bottle; this is a good method.
