Early symptoms of throat cancer

The early symptoms of laryngeal cancer mainly include foreign body sensation in the throat and pain when swallowing, hoarseness, cough and bloody sputum, and swollen lymph nodes in the neck.

1. Foreign body sensation in the throat and swallowing pain: Patients may feel that there is a foreign body in the throat, and even if there is no actual object, they will involuntarily want to clear their throat. 4. Swollen lymph nodes in the neck: In the early stages of throat cancer, patients may find swollen lymph nodes in the neck. This is due to the metastasis of tumor cells to the cervical lymph nodes through the lymphatic system. Swollen lymph nodes are usually hard and may gradually increase in size.
