Differential diagnosis of prostate cancer

Differential diagnosis of prostate cancer

Prostate cancer is a very serious prostate disease. You usually don't feel anything at the beginning, but there will be obvious symptoms at the end, such as blood in the urine, prostate pain, or difficulty urinating. How to judge whether you have prostate cancer in life? We can learn from the following content.

There are three important aspects to determine whether you have prostate cancer: primary tumor, distant metastasis, and timely lymph node metastasis.

Primary tumor generally refers to the diagnosis of whether you have prostate nodules. If so, you will usually have some urinary urgency or pain when urinating. Usually the tumor is in the bladder, seminal vesicle and other places, so you must pay more attention to it in normal times.

Distant metastasis is a problem of the urinary system. If there are some bladder neck or lymph nodes and some metastasis, it is very likely to be prostate cancer. Bone metastasis is generally more common, and this situation is generally not lower than lymph nodes. Therefore, in life, some X-ray examinations can be used to find out whether you have prostate cancer. If so, you must seek timely treatment, otherwise the consequences will be very serious.

Lymph node metastasis, because the first part of prostate cancer to be infected is the lymph nodes. If the lymph nodes are infected, it can easily cause problems in various aspects, and also cause some adverse symptoms, such as blood in the urine, or painful urination.

Therefore, if you have the urge to urinate, or have pain or blood in your urine, you must go to the hospital for a check-up to see if you have prostate cancer. If you have this disease, you must seek medical attention in time, otherwise the consequences will be very serious. In addition, you must also take preventive measures in your daily life, such as not having the habit of smoking and drinking, exercising more when you have nothing to do, and staying up late less.
