Improvement Methods The appearance of tear grooves can easily make people look haggard. Through modern plastic surgery, autologous fat or hyaluronic acid injections can be used to fill the tear grooves. Flat dents. The disadvantage is that both autologous fat and hyaluronic acid have absorption problems. How to reduce tear trough There are two main steps to facial massage to reduce tear troughs: 1. Apply a firming product first, then use your index finger to massage in a spiral motion from the corner of the eye to the middle of the ear, and do this 10 times. 2.
