Essence and blood can be controlled by the spleen, stored in the liver, and nourished by the kidney. The heart Qi is communicated downward, and the mind is at peace. Where should you massage for insomnia and dreaminess? Neiguan acupoint. The Neiguan point is located on the palm, 2 inches above the transverse line of the wrist (same as body inch, that is, the width of each person's thumb is 1 inch, the same below), between the palmaris longus tendon and the radial flexor carpi tendon. There is a way to find the acupoints. When you press the acupoints, you will feel a sore and swollen feeling, but when you press non-acupoints, you will not have this special feeling. Four divine intelligences. At the top of the head, the midpoint of the line connecting the two ears is the Baihui point. There are four acupoints, 1 inch in front, behind, left and right of the Baihui point, called Si Shencong. Pressing and rubbing them for two minutes can treat insomnia, neurasthenia, etc. Yintang point and temple.
